Elk Cove Vineyards was founded by wine pioneers, Pat and Joe Campbell, in 1974 as one of the first wineries in Oregon. The winery remains family-owned to this day, with their son, Adam, as winemaker. Their commitment to sustainability and creating beautiful cool-climate wines has helped pioneer the Oregon wine industry into its success in the modern era. We will be joined by Shirley Brooks, Director of Sales & Community Relations, to give us exclusive insights into winery operations!
